New Online and Mobile Banking Upgrade
Community 1st Credit Union is pleased to begin providing its members with a modern, convenient, and simple way to do digital banking.
Re-Enrollment is Required
After the new enhancements are completed, members will be required to re-enroll in our Digital Online or Mobile banking. To do this, you will need to know your account number, date of birth, and your social security number.
If you need help locating your Account Number, you can contact us at (800) 247-7328, or send us a secure message by logging into your existing Online Banking portal.
Important information for Bill Pay Users
During our upgrade process, Bill Pay will be going offline on 7/25/22 and will be back online on 8/01/22. Any previously scheduled payments will still process during that time however, new transactions will be unavailable.
Our upgrade process is designed to transfer all of your Bill Pay information to the new system. We do recommend saving a copy of your transaction history and Payees as a backup. If you need assistance with this, please contact us and one of our branch associates will be happy to assist.
